Most training companies tell you when you are ready. We show you the calculation. Your readiness score is visible to you the whole way through, and so is everything that feeds it.
- Academics are 40% — course progress, quizzes and graded assignments
- The rest is capstone progress, coding challenges, mentor-rated mock interviews and attendance
- AI mock interviews are deliberately excluded, so the score cannot be talked up
This measures readiness, not outcomes. We provide dedicated placement assistance — interview preparation, portfolio and resume reviews, and referrals to hiring partners. We do not, and legally cannot, guarantee a job.
Why AI interviews do not count
A student could coax a perfect result out of a chatbot. Only interviews rated by a human mentor move the number, which is the only way it stays worth anything to an employer.

A structured final phase: capstone built in reviewed stages, mock interviews with mentors, a question bank, and CV reviews in numbered rounds until it is approved.
