This website is an informational and lead-generation site for the programs offered by TechieFrogs Career Transformation Pvt Ltd. Content is provided for general information only.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Our programs include training, an internship phase and placement assistance. Placement assistance means interview preparation, portfolio and resume support, and referrals to hiring partners. It is not a guarantee of employment.

Career outcomes depend on a range of factors, including your own effort, attendance, performance and prevailing market conditions. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a job, a specific salary, or any particular outcome.

3. Program details, fees & tools

Program structure, durations, curriculum, fees and schedules may change. The definitive terms applicable to you are those set out in your enrolment agreement.

Some tools used in our programs require individual, student-paid subscriptions (for example, an AI assistant subscription, and design-tool subscriptions for the Creative + AI Track). These costs are paid by you directly to the respective providers.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the TechieFrogs name and marks, is owned by or licensed to TechieFrogs and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp or a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechieFrogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website — for example lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Your rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page.

This clause is about the website. It does not change the terms of any enrolment agreement you sign with us; those terms govern the training itself.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Our registered office address is published in the footer of every page on this site.

If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from bringing a complaint before a consumer forum where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows you to do so.
