Junior talent you can actually assess before you interview
Hiring a fresher is mostly guesswork: a CV, a degree, and a hope. Our graduates arrive with a readiness score whose formula is published, a certificate anyone can verify, and work you can open in a browser.
Where we are right now
We are a young programme. Our first cohorts are in training and we are not going to invent a client list to look older than we are. If you hire junior developers or designers, this is a good moment to talk — early partners shape what we teach, and get first look at the people we train.
What a candidate arrives with
A readiness score, with the formula published
Academics are 40% — course progress, quizzes and mentor-graded assignments. The rest is capstone progress, coding challenges, mentor-rated mock interviews and attendance. We publish the weighting so you can decide how much it is worth to you.
AI mock interviews are deliberately excluded from the score. A candidate could talk their way to a perfect result with a chatbot; only interviews rated by a human mentor count.
Certificates you can verify yourself
Every certificate carries an ID you can check on our site without contacting us. It is only issued when the student has completed every lesson and passed every quiz — there is no participation certificate.
Work you can open, not just claims
Tech Track graduates finish with a deployed application, a documented repository and a recorded walkthrough. Creative + AI graduates finish with a portfolio of 8-12 pieces and a live portfolio site. You can look at all of it before you spend an interview slot.
A private shortlist, not a CV dump
We give you a private link to a talent portal — no account to create. You see your open roles, the candidates our team has shortlisted against them with their readiness scores, and you request interviews from the same screen.
How working with us goes
