Phase 1

Onboarding & Setup

We get you set up and ready to learn — account, portal, tools and a confirmed seat in your batch — before day one.

  1. 1

    Create your account

You register online or with our team. The moment you're in, we set up your student profile and generate your private portal login so you can get started right away.

You'll receive: Your portal address, username and password — straight to your inbox.

  2. 2

    Log in to your portal

Sign in for the first time and complete a quick verification. Your portal is your home base for the whole journey — classes, homework, feedback and progress all live here.

  3. 3

    Welcome & portal walkthrough

We send a warm welcome with a short how-to video that shows you exactly how to navigate the portal, find your classes and submit your work.

You'll receive: A welcome email with your portal walkthrough video.

  4. 4

    Set up your tools

Before classes begin, we make sure every tool you'll need is installed and working — the exact stack depends on your track (Tech: Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Git & GitHub, Docker and Claude; Creative + AI: Photoshop, Figma, Canva Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Midjourney, Firefly and Claude). Bring your laptop to one of our locations and we'll set it up on-site, or we'll guide you through it remotely over a screen-share — your choice.

  5. 5

    You're enrolled

With setup done, your enrollment is confirmed. You receive your class name, start date, timings and joining details, plus a short video on using the learning portal day to day.

You'll receive: Enrollment confirmation with your full class details.

Phase 2

Learn by Doing

Hands-on classes, real homework after every session, and honest feedback that turns knowledge into skill.

  1. 6

    Classes begin

Attend live classes in the format that suits you: in person at our campus, joining the in-person class live online, or in a dedicated online batch. Every session is recorded and saved to your portal, so you never lose a class.

  2. 7

    Homework after every class

Each class comes with hands-on homework that turns what you learned into real skill. Assignments arrive on your portal with clear instructions, the topic, the deadline and the format. Plan to spend serious time on it — practice is where it sticks.

  3. 8

    Submit your work

Submit each assignment through the portal. You get an instant confirmation that we've received it, so you always know where you stand.

You'll receive: An automatic “homework received” confirmation.

  4. 9

    Get graded with real feedback

An instructor reviews your work and returns a rating out of 5 with written comments — plus a model answer key so you can see exactly how to level up.

You'll receive: Your graded result, instructor comments and a reference answer key.

  5. 10

    Finish the course strong

When you've completed all your classes, we celebrate the milestone and invite qualifying students into IPBC — our Interview Preparation Boot Camp — where we prepare you to compete for the roles you want.

You'll receive: A course-completion email with your invitation to IPBC.

Phase 3

Interview Prep Boot Camp (IPBC)

The most intensive stretch of the program: a real capstone project, a personal mentor, and relentless interview practice — all self-paced to your effort.

  1. 11

    Join IPBC

If you choose to continue, we walk through the fees, the agreement and everything you're committing to — clearly and transparently — before you sign on.

  2. 12

    IPBC begins

Welcome to the toughest, most rewarding part of your journey. IPBC is self-paced: the more you put in, the faster you move. A mentor is assigned to you and shown right on your Curriculum Manager.

You'll receive: Your “welcome to interview prep” email and assigned mentor details.

  3. 13

    IPBC assignments

IPBC work is submitted and graded just like your class homework — with one twist: each section unlocks only once you've completed the one before it, so you build mastery step by step.

  4. 14

    Build your capstone project

You take on a substantial, real-world project delivered in phases. Each phase is submitted and graded with feedback that shapes the next — so by the end you have something genuinely impressive to show employers.

  5. 15

    Meet your personal mentor

Once your capstone is complete, a personal mentor is formally assigned to guide you through the rest of IPBC and into your job search. You kick things off together with an introductory session.

  6. 16

    Regular check-ins

Your mentor stays close, checking in to keep your momentum up. Every two weeks you also get a quick status-update link — just 2–3 minutes — so we can track your progress and unblock you fast.

You'll receive: A short status-update request every two weeks.

  7. 17

    Interview preparation

Your mentor builds a personalised readiness plan with you. You sharpen the technical side for your track — problem-solving and talking through your code on the Tech Track, portfolio walkthroughs and design critique on Creative + AI — alongside the universals: structuring answers to behavioural questions, researching companies, communicating your thinking clearly, and handling role and salary conversations with confidence.

  8. 18

    Record & review topic videos

You record short videos explaining key topics and upload them to your portal. Mentors review them and leave written feedback — a powerful way to sharpen how you explain your skills out loud.

  9. 19

    Automated phone interviews

You take automated, bot-led phone interviews that simulate the real thing. Your responses are captured and your mentor reviews them with you. Repeat as often as you need to build genuine confidence.

  10. 20

    Practice interviews with a mentor

Book live mock interviews with a mentor or instructor through the portal. You get structured feedback right after — and you can schedule as many rounds as you need.

  11. 21

    Present your capstone

Present your finished project to a mentor or instructor, just as you would to an employer. You get formal feedback, and the result is saved to your profile.

Phase 4

Certify & Get Placed

Earn your certificate, build a standout resume, and start applying with our team behind you — with dedicated support all the way through your job search.

  1. 22

    Certify your skills

On successful completion you earn your TechieFrogs program certificate, stored on your profile. Where it strengthens your profile for the roles you're targeting, your mentor also guides you toward recognised industry certifications and helps you prepare. Either way, the proof employers really want is your deployed capstone (Tech) or professional portfolio (Creative + AI) — and you'll have it.

  2. 23

    Build a standout resume

Working with your mentor and our career team, you craft a polished, ATS-friendly resume — one to two pages, tailored to the roles you want. It goes through at least two rounds of review before it's approved and saved to your career profile.

  3. 24

    Apply, interview, get placed

Once you're genuinely ready — resume approved, certified, capstone presented, mock interviews done — you start applying with our team behind you. You log every application in the portal, we review your pipeline with you, and we debrief after every interview. We keep working alongside you through your whole job search — dedicated placement assistance, never a guarantee.

You'll receive: Real-time alerts — by email and phone — for every interview and job submission.

What it takes

Your side of the deal

We do the work alongside you — but the results come from real effort. Here's what we ask of you.

Do the homework

There's homework after every class, and you'll often spend more time on it than in the class itself — that's where the skill is built. Grades are final once corrections close, so give it your best the first time.

Keep pace

This program is intentionally demanding. Stay engaged and ask for help early — extra help is available on non-class days and instructors are reachable through the portal. The cohort moves together, so if you're struggling, reach out early and we'll help you catch up.

Own your IPBC

IPBC is self-paced, so your effort sets your speed. Complete each section to unlock the next, answer the two-week check-ins, and keep an eye on your interview and job alerts by email and phone.

Placement assistance, not a guarantee

We provide dedicated placement assistance — interview preparation, portfolio and resume reviews, and referrals to our hiring partners. We do not, and legally cannot, guarantee a job. What we commit to is doing the work alongside you until you're genuinely ready and well-represented to employers.

Placement assistance — not a guarantee — and we'll always be upfront about that.
